ORDERS

How long does the shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Can i track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to selected countries. Available shipping destinations will be displayed during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can i return my order?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you recieve the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

When will i receive my refund?

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Products

Do you test on animals? And are your products cruelty-free?

No, the products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and do not ask others to do so. We are certified with the Ecocert quality mark, a globally recognized, standard for Ecocert is an internationally recognized, independent quality mark and certification body for natural and organic products.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our products are vegan and cruelty-free

How should i store your products?

We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

What is the expiration date of your products?

All our products have a shelf life of 3 years when they are unopened and stored at room temperature. After opening, you can consult the PAO symbol (Period After Opening) on the packaging to see how long the product will last after opening.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Our products are carefully selected to suit a wide range of skin types. However, every individual's skin is unique. We recommend reviewing the product description and ingredient list before use.
